Thurman Brisben Homeless Shelter, Inc., now doing business as Thurman Brisben Center, is a full service residential emergency homeless shelter in Virginia's Planning District 16.  Planning District 16 is comprised of the City of Fredericksburg and the Counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania and Stafford.  Although classified as an emergency shelter, we are a high demand program addressing the issues that cause homelessness. http://www.brisbencenter.org/

The Joseph Project: In 1996, the Joseph Project was inspired by a prophetic word that NOW is the time to prepare for massive immigration to Israel of at least a million Jewish people from Eastern Europe and Russia in the near future.
